Prophet  Dhul Kifl (AS) Not much details are available about Dhul-Kifl from the holy Quran. He is listed amongst Allah's Messengers. From the context and the fact that Dhul-Kifl is mentioned alongside Prophets, it appears that he was also a Prophet. Others say that he was a righteous man, a just king and a fair judge. (Commentary of Holy Quran by Ibn Kathir) [21:85] And (remember) Isma'il, Idris, and Zul-kifl, all (men) of constancy and patience; [21:86] We admitted them to Our Mercy: for they were of the Righteous ones. [38:45] And commemorate Our Servants Ibrahim, Ishaq, and Ya'qub, possessors of Power and Vision. [38:46] Verily We did choose them for a special (purpose), proclaiming the Message of the Hereafter. [38:47] They were, in our sight, truly, of the company of the Elect and the Good. [38:48] And commemorate Isma'il, Al-Yasa', and Zul-Kifl: each of them was of the company of the Good. [38:49] This is a Message (of admonition): and verily, for the Righteous, is a beautiful place of (final) Return, [38:50] Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them.
